Equipped with a professional mold workshop.Die-casting workshop, injection molding workshop, plastic coating workshop, CNC machine tools， assembly workshop, quality laboratory, and standard warehouse. To improve product quality and production efficiency, we Introduce advanced production equipment to provide customers with cost-effective products. We have 15 lines for assembling, 10 lines for wire rope processing, 10 lines of die-casting lines Production, 3 lines of coating, 5 lines of braking outer pipe production, 4 lines of injection molding product production, etc.
OUR FACTORY
We have 18 CNC lathes (3-core mobile), 45 automatic lathes, 25 punching machines (maximum 250 tons), 10 injection molding machines (6 vertical, 4 horizontal), and 3 zinc alloy die-casting machines (Maximum 168 tons), 5 hydraulic presses (maximum 50 tons), 3 sets of rubber coating machines (maximum 100 tons). We have a complete finished product processing production line, a mold room (hardware molds, tooling, fixtures, etc.), and a secondary processing workshop.
